However, as a Dog Trainer, I have met countless dogs with countless problems and have remedied or at best brought under control many, many bad habits!

As a result of this, I have often found that sometimes when we are at our wits end with our dog, frustrated and desperate ... we frequently overlook or disregard what is sometimes a very obvious or simple solution.

To this end, I have designed this page on my website to serve you ... instantly!

The service is aimed at people who are unable for whatever reason, to use my ‘in your own home’ dog training service (See Services Page)

And this is how it works; you email me using the form provided, describing your dog’s problem, its breed, its age and whether you have owned it from Puppy or Rescue stage. Within 48 hours of receipt of your email, I will reply to you in person, giving you a solution that you can try with your dog, to correct his/her problem. I will always provide as much information as I can, to help you with any one enquiry. And it really is as simple as that.

You will never receive an automated email answer, because each and every dog has very individual needs. I could never create that many auto answers!!

I will always reply in person and the charge for this service is £10.00 per enquiry, which you pay via the Paypal facility on this page.

You need to bear in mind that this service is designed to be ‘instant help’ only.

It can sometimes take several methods to correct a dog’s problem, and therefore it may take one or more ‘solutions’ to achieve results with your dog.

In other words, the first solution may not work but perhaps the third one does!

You decide how many enquiries you wish to submit.

• Please keep to the point when describing your dog’s problem, don’t send long winded descriptions (keep it simple, I can answer you faster)
• Only Enquiries submitted using the correct form will be replied to. Please do not use any other point of contact anywhere else on the website, thank you.
• You need to make your payment at the time you submit your enquiry.

Finally, in the event that I need further information from you after you have submitted your Enquiry, I will email you again for which there is no charge – you simply reply to the message I send.
